Welcome to TLN. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TLN mobile application, dashboard, website, and related services. By creating an account, joining an organization, or using TLN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. About TLN

TLN is a studio management platform designed to help organizations manage locations, studios, bookings, clients, inventory, staff, galleries, communications, and related business operations.

TLN, we, us, or our — the TLN platform and its operating entity.

User or you — any individual accessing TLN.

Organization — a business or entity using TLN.

Owner — the primary account holder of an organization.

Client — a customer managed within an organization's account.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Users acting on behalf of an organization confirm they have authority to accept these terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, preventing unauthorized access, maintaining accurate account information, all actions performed through their account, and reporting suspected security breaches. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

4. Organizations, Roles, and Permissions

Organization Owners may invite staff and assign roles and permissions. Owners are responsible for selecting correct permissions, removing access when no longer required, reviewing staff activity, and restricting access to required information.

5. Platform Services

TLN may provide organization management, location and studio management, booking and availability management, client management, inventory management, staff roles and permissions, quotations and booking approval, galleries, notifications, analytics, WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and future product features.

6. Bookings and Transactions

TLN provides management tools but is not a party to agreements between organizations and their clients. TLN does not guarantee studio quality, availability, pricing, safety, service delivery, or refund decisions. Organizations must communicate their own prices, taxes, and policies.

7. Client Information and Organization Responsibilities

Organizations confirm they have a lawful basis to collect, store, import, and use client information. Organizations remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permitted use of their data.

8. WhatsApp and Marketing Campaigns

Organizations are responsible for obtaining marketing consent, following applicable communication rules, using accurate campaign content, honoring opt-out requests, maintaining lawful contact lists, and following WhatsApp and Meta policies. Messages already sent cannot be recalled.

9. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

Paid plans display price, billing frequency, features, limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically when clearly disclosed. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not break applicable laws, access unauthorized accounts, upload harmful code, interfere with platform security, scrape platform data, send spam, harass others, upload unlawful content, circumvent permissions, or reverse engineer TLN.

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to TLN. TLN receives a limited right to host and process content only to provide the service, store backups, generate reports, deliver authorized communications, maintain security, and provide support.

12. Intellectual Property

TLN retains ownership of its software, source code, product design, user interface, logos, trademarks, documentation, and platform technology.

13. Third-Party Services

TLN may integrate with WhatsApp, Meta, payment providers, cloud services, analytics tools, and app stores. TLN is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, or policy changes outside TLN's control.

14. Service Availability

TLN does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, hosting problems, third-party failures, or events outside reasonable control.

15. Suspension and Termination

TLN may suspend or terminate accounts due to material breach, unpaid fees, security risk, fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or legal requirements.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TLN does not guarantee increased bookings, revenue growth, successful message delivery, accuracy of user-entered data, or third-party integration availability. TLN is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by user error, unauthorized access, client disputes, or third-party failures.

17. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to the TLN Privacy Policy. Organizations remain responsible for client information they manage through TLN.

18. Changes to These Terms

TLN may update these terms due to new features, legal requirements, security changes, subscription updates, or operational changes. The last updated date displayed on this page reflects the most recent revision.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes should first be handled through good-faith communication with TLN support before escalation.
